The total conference costs for each participant is € 450.

The total costs for possible accompanying person is € 300.

This amount covers:

• 5 nights staying (from May 20^th to May 26^th) in the 5 star hotel ‘Z-Palace Xanthi’ (http://www.z-palace.com/)includes breakfast, WiFi internet connection, gym, sauna
• coffee breaks,
• lunches,
• official dinners,
• excursion (http://www.pode2010.gr/index.php/excursionxanthi.html).

You may pay these fees no later than February 14^th, 2010 through two different options:
